Form 1099 Filing Deadlines

email and on the homepage of our websites. It is important to prepare to file your 1099 Forms online as
early as possible to avoid any late penalties and fees. We understand that there are many different due
dates for each of the different 1099 Tax Forms. We recommend that you keep track of the due dates under
your own will, to avoid any late filings and /or payments.
If you are submitting a 1099-MISC, the tax-exempt interest payments and substitute dividends reportable
by brokers are due February 15. Also, any gross proceeds that are being paid to an attorneys are due on
February 15th.
